Olive preserving
Angie Lloyd will tempt you with techniques and recipes for pickling and preserving the humble olive.
When: Tuesday 29th March  6-8pm

Pizza oven making
For the more adventurous home cook, this session will be a learn by doing session were participants get some hands on experience, building a pizza oven for the home.

Clothes swap
Local 'ladies' are invited to bring along those pieces that you love but that never queit make it out of the cupboard door - this is their opportunity to be appreciated by someone else.

Master class for home brewers
So you have brewed before but you'd like to sharpen your skills or get a little more adventurous. This session hosted by Colin from Brewer's Choice will help answer some of those more technical questions.

Karen Sutherland will help walk you through some of the uses of herbs. Giving you some hints on how to grow your own for cooking, teas and a range of other uses.

Test your fitness: what does it take to be a police officer or fire fighter
This fitness session will run you through a number of physical tests used by the State of Victoria, giving you a sense of whether you have what it takes.
