The Radio Show

Each Wednesday 12:05pm-12:45pm Lesley Conway does a radio show on Eastern FM 99.1 called The Eastern Regional Library Show.

On today's show

How far can I go with my library card?

You can become a member of any public library in Australia, so if you are heading north over winter, just take in your ID and you will be joined up. Alternatively, if you are going away for more than a month and would like to take some Eastern Regional Libraries items, we can extend your loan for the time you are away.

If you don't plan to go further than your armchair this winter, but a book that you would love to read can only be found in a library in Perth, we can organise an Inter Library Loan.

If you have Internet access, the information offered on Eastern Regional Libraries' website will take you a long, long way. If you would like to know more, ask staff on your next visit to show you what is available.

Music played today

'I see, I see' from Carmen Miranda : the ultimate collection
'A room with a view' from The Noel Coward Album
'I can't begin to tell you' from Nostalgia : complete, volume 5
